The Fennel Shed is owned by renowned quilter, Gaye Grant in Buncrana, Co Donegal. Gaye has had a love of all things patchwork since childhood and made her first quilt in 1972.

Join The Fennel Shed on a Fabric ‘n’ Fun Packed Week for Quilt Enthusiasts as we visit the Cultural Capital of Ireland.
This year we are travelling to Galway to the International Quilt Festival which runs 7th – 10th June 2012. Why not join us on our journey or become part of our group in Galway staying at The Forster Court Hotel. Enjoy the craic as we discover “Quilters Village” by day and all that the city has to offer by night.
Our hotel is just two minutes walk from Galway’s main bus and train station. We will be there to meet anyone joining us from anywhere else within Ireland or taking the express bus link from Dublin airport.
